With nutrition education and behavior modification building a healthy relationship with food, establishes a trust with your body and choices so that you may completely enjoy food while it nourishes and fuels your body.
My philosophy is for you to be empowered by the decisions you make. Through education and coaching, I will help to provide you with tools so that you may be self sustaining (yes, my goal is that you eventually will not need me!). When you get to make your own choices, using the tools provided, you may own your own success.
